Reviews for Roz
I have done a miner of courses over time but this scores 10 out of 10.
Amazing, talented inspirational Roz has been a terrific tutor. We have all made pots and plates we are proud of. This is the best pottery school in town, I highly recommend it.

I discovered Roz Wallis during lockdown when I had dabbled with a lump of clay and wanted to glaze and fire my efforts. Roz was very encouraging and soon I wanted to learn more and she has been the most amazing teacher. Patiently she got me throwing bowls, trimming them and then Raku firing them. I was hooked and haven't stopped since - I can't believe how much I have learnt in such a short time... She has those wonderful qualities in a teacher of knowing when to step in and when to stand back. What is more she always helps you diagnose any mistakes you are making so the mystery of throwing starts to make more and more sense. Her lessons fly by, filled with laughter, great learning and a growing sense of achievement. i could not recommend Roz highly enough

Roz has been a wonderful teacher and we all enjoyed working under her guidance. She is a very patient and understanding teacher and is also very detailed in her methods. Her technique and methodical steps to learning to throw, turn and glaze, enabled us beginners to learn to throw in a matter of weeks and produce beautiful glazed pots.
