Chiswick Art School is made up of three teaching practices
-
OilPaintingExpertise
Peter Burgess started teaching oil painting at the Pavilion in 2016 and the following year began to give the alumni of his first classes lessons in Portraiture, Abstraction and Landscape. As the numbers have grown, he has maintained a rigorous maximum class size, and Nick Archer, Julia Hawkins, and Robert Dunt have joined him to teach the range of Oil Painting classes.

Chiswick Arts
Formed in 2022, Chiswick Arts offers a range of courses for the naturally curious. Sophie Griffin approached us for help in organising and accommodating the Art Clubs for Adults and Children. Similarly, Gillian Brett has found the Chiswick Arts umbrella an ideal niche for her Sculpture classes. Charles Knights’ Zoom Watercolours classes are yet another recent innovation that has proved enduring.
